FitVilo Editorial answers email for corrections, factual errors, topic suggestions, source-attribution requests, partnership or syndication inquiries, and takedown requests when a quoted source belongs to you and you want it removed or recredited.
The working address is hello@fitvilo.com.
What to include
A useful message saves a round of follow-up. If you are flagging an error or a correction, send:
- the URL of the article you are writing about
- the specific sentence, claim, or section that is wrong (a quoted line is enough)
- what you believe is correct
- a source for the correction (a manufacturer page, a study, a government bulletin) where one exists
If you are pitching a topic, name the topic in the subject line and outline in a few sentences what reader question it would answer. Topics close to home fitness, small-space workouts, beginner gear, and apartment-friendly active living have the best chance of fitting the site.
For partnership or syndication inquiries, include the site or publication, the proposed scope, and any timing constraints.
When to expect a reply
We read every message that reaches the inbox. We reply when a reply is useful: when a question has a specific answer, when a correction needs confirmation, when a partnership inquiry can move forward. Corrections to live articles happen quickly when the evidence is clear, sometimes within a day, and the article’s “updated” date moves accordingly. Generic outreach, link-trade offers, and pitches for unrelated products do not get a reply.
A note on health questions
FitVilo cannot give medical or training advice by email. If you are dealing with an injury, ongoing pain, a chronic condition, or a pregnancy-related concern, a qualified professional is the right contact. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. The inbox is not monitored on a schedule that would help in an urgent situation.
